Bill was born and raised in Florida. However, he has called West Tennessee home since 1996. He spent much of his early legal career gaining valuable courtroom experience by serving both as an Assistant Public Defender and an Assistant District Attorney General for the 28th Judicial District of Tennessee.

Mr. Bowen focuses his practice in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, criminal defense, DUI defense, drug offenses, family law mediation services, and collections. He has been a Rule 31 Listed Family Law Mediator since 2009.
