Collins was born in Jackson, Tennessee and is a lifelong resident of Gibson County, Tennessee. He has held office with the Tennessee Bar Foundation, the Tennessee Bar Association, in addition to being a member of the Gibson County Bar Association.

Mr. Bonds' legal career has included service as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee and Juvenile Court Judge for Gibson County Tennessee. He continues to serves as the Municipal Judge for Milan, Tennessee. Mr. Bonds focuses his practice in the areas of commercial law, real estate, banking law, and probate.
