Collins was born in Jackson, Tennessee and is a lifelong resident of Gibson County, Tennessee. He has held office with the Tennessee Bar Foundation, the Tennessee Bar Association, in addition to being a member of the Gibson County Bar Association. Mr. Bonds' legal career has included service as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee and Juvenile Court Judge for Gibson County Tennessee. He continues to serves as the Municipal Judge for Milan, Tennessee. Mr. Bonds focuses his practice in the areas of commercial law, real estate, banking law, and probate.

Steve was born and raised in rural West Tennessee. He focuses his practice in the areas of creditor bankruptcy law, collections and commercial litigation, serving clients such as banks, bankruptcy trustees, creditor committees, agricultural lenders and individuals. He currently serves as a County Commissioner in Gibson County, TN and actively serves in several charities and community events. He is a past chair of the Gibson County Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Liaison Committee of the Western District of Tennessee, Eastern Division in Jackson.

Bill was born and raised in Florida. However, he has called West Tennessee home since 1996. He spent much of his early legal career gaining valuable courtroom experience by serving both as an Assistant Public Defender and an Assistant District Attorney General for the 28th Judicial District of Tennessee. Mr. Bowen focuses his practice in the areas of divorce, child custody, child support, criminal defense, DUI defense, drug offenses, family law mediation services, and collections. He has been a Rule 31 Listed Family Law Mediator since 2009.
